Кроме того, шведский банк планирует сокращать расходы в Украине, замедлит открытие новых представительств, продолжит их реструктуризацию и модернизацию.

A big secret to eliminating your appetite is reframing. With an NLP reframe, we respect the fact that the mind is motivating us to consume extra food for relaxation and pleasure. And if we are eating compulsively because being fat is protecting us, we respect that also.
In a neuro-linguistic programming six-step reframe we compromise with our unconscious mind. In the scenario of eating for relaxation and pleasure, we ask our subconscious to assume the responsibility for substituting some new behaviors. The new behaviors must be as effective and available at providing the same relaxation and pleasure. But they must also be more acceptable to us on a conscious level. When the mind is motivating us into alternate behaviors that provide the relaxation and pleasure that we require - we lose our appetite on this score.
If you are a compulsive eater we do an additional reframe. We ask your unconscious to accept responsibility for finding and substituting new behaviors in place of being heavy. These new behaviors must be as effective and available at providing the same positive outcomes. But they must be activities that are more consciously acceptable to you. When your unconscious mind is motivating you into alternate behaviors that provide the same benefits that you require, you lose the feeling of urgency to overeat.
As far as feeling cravings because of conditioning (conditioned responses), we utilize various hypnotic and NLP techniques that erase or "extinguish" those conditioned responses. That breaks the connection between the behaviors, and eliminates the urges and cravings. When your appetite has been obliterated and all of your compulsions to overeat have been dealt with, you can easily stick to any type of healthful diet indefinitely so that it becomes a permanent lifestyle change. "В связи с улучшением экономической ситуации в стране Райффайзен Банк Аваль возобновляет программы кредитования физических лиц", - сказал Лавренчук.
Первым из кредитных продуктов, который предложит банк в мае, будет кредит наличными.
По данной программе банк планирует предоставлять кредиты от 5 до 100 тыс. гривен на срок до 7 лет.
Вместе с тем, банк также будет возобновлять ипотечное кредитование физлиц.
Активы "Райффайзен Банк Аваль" на 1 января 2011 года составили 55 100,4 млн гривен, кредиты и задолженность клиентов - 43 853,7 млн гривен, собственный капитал - 6 441,3 млн гривен. 2010 год банк закончил с чистой прибылью 0,745 млн гривен.
95,93% акций ПАО "Райффайзен Банк Аваль" владеет австрийская компания Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG.

В Украине выполняется лишь 13% законов, – калькулятор Симоненко
Об этом, 11 января, ЗИКу сообщила пресс-служба КПУ.
По его словам, все чаще законы в Верховной Раде Украины принимаются не с целью улучшить жизнь страны, а с целью приглушить социальное давление. «Законов принимается много, но они не финансируется и не выполняются. Только некоторые из них выполняются, поскольку снимают пик социального напряжения», – сказал лидер коммунистов.
Симоненко отметил, что такая политика властей является недопустимой. «Власть самоустранилась от выполнения конкретных программ», – подчеркнул он, отметив, что развитие образования, науки, книгопечатания, медицины остановилось на мертвой точке.
При этом лидер КПУ отметил, что программа Блока левых сил предусматривает ответственность власти невыполнения своих обязательств.

Антимонопольный комитет заинтересовался "Киевэнерго"
После публикаций «Газеты по-киевски» о странных квитанциях с несуществующими долгами, которые массово приходят киевлянам, на проблему обратил внимание АМКУ. Сотрудники киевского отделения антимонопольного комитета написали официальное письмо в «Киевэнерго» с требованием объяснить – откуда взялись долги, и почему в отделениях энергосбыта «Киевэнерго» происходит такой беспорядок.
– Время для ответа, которое мы дали сотрудникам «Киевэнерго», – 10 дней, – рассказывает зам главы киевского отделения АМКУ Леонид Маноха. – Письмо было отправлено с уведомлением о вручении.
Все исправные плательщики, которые нежданно-негаданно получили квитанции с долгами, могут сделать полезное дело для себя и для других. Антимонопольщики предлагают начать борьбу следующим образом.
1. Собрать копии квитанций об оплате за то время, за которое «Киевэнерго» выставило долги. Они – подтвержедние, что никаких долгов нет.
2. Приложить копию присланной долговой квитанции.
3. В заявлении на имя начальника киевского отделения АМКУ Сергея Кириленко изложить всю проблему. Тем, кто уже ходил «на разборки» в «Киевэнерго» и потратил нервы и время в очередях, не забыть упомянуть и об этом.
4. Можно принести бумаги лично на Крещатик, 50б, или отправить по почте на этот же адрес. За справками можно обращаться по телефонам 235-10-52 и 235-50-09.
Тем временем монополист уже идет на уступки. «Киевэнерго» продлевает срок, до которого будут проходить сверки расчетов. Теперь люди могут со своими долговыми квитанциями обращаться в энергосбыт до 1 ноября 2008 года. К тому же обещают, что никого без оснований от электроэнергии не отключат. А для удобства в отделениях энергосбыта ввели шестидневный рабочий график.

Он также отметил, что «в 2010 году ипотечное кредитование не возобновится в масштабах, способных активизировать рынок недвижимости, собственные средства застройщиков будут ограничены.

Опасения страховщиков, что их ждут непростые времена, похоже, не напрасны. Доля россиян, пользующихся их услугами, сократилась в 1,5 раза по сравнению с докризисным уровнем, показал опрос Национального агентства финансовых исследований (НАФИ).
Исследование НАФИ, проведенное в ноябре 2009 г., показало, что доля россиян, пользующихся страховыми услугами, составила 31% по сравнению с 46% в декабре 2007 г. Это даже ниже уровня начала 2005 г.: тогда страхованием пользовалось 37% населения, отмечает агентство.
Доля имеющих две страховки снизилась более чем вдвое (с 13% до 6%), обладателей трех полисов – втрое (с 5% до всего 1,5%).
Заметнее всего спад в добровольном медицинском страховании (ДМС) – доля обладателей таких полисов снизилась с 18% до 8,5%, т.е. более чем в два раза, хотя в 2005 г. она достигала 11%. Большая часть потерь по ДМС приходится, разумеется, на кризисное снижение расходов со стороны работодателей: они обеспечивают до 80% рынка ДМС, говорит директор по исследованиям НАФИ Диляра Ибрагимова.
НАФИ зафиксировало снижение даже доли ОСАГО, которым обязан располагать любой автовладелец, – их стало не 20%, как в последние годы, а 17%. Зато не изменилась доля КАСКО, оставшись на уровне 6%.
Доля страхователей явно снизилась по сравнению с докризисным уровнем, подтверждает гендиректор «АльфаСтрахования» Владимир Скворцов. Одна из главных причин, по его мнению, – сокращение кредитования. По данным ЦБ, в прошлом году розничный портфель российских банков уменьшился на 11%. Люди брали меньше кредитов, а старые – погашали, и стимулировавшееся банками страхование (залогов, жизни и здоровья) сокращалось, к тому же многие не могли рассчитаться с банками по кредитам и страхование не могло быть для них приоритетом, рассуждает Скворцов.
Сократились и доходы россиян – 11% респондентов НАФИ признались, что им просто не хватает денег на полис. А почти 2/3 россиян (62%) и вовсе не испытывают потребности в страховании, 15% опрошенных не доверяют страховым компаниям. О намерении страховаться в 2010 г., по данным НАФИ, заявили лишь 28% респондентов.
«Я бы не совсем доверял этим исследованиям – количество полисов по ОСАГО и каско по сравнению с 2008 г. на рынке выросло на 5–7%, падение по ДМС присутствует – но лишь на 10–15%», – утверждает вице-президент «Ингосстраха» Илья Соломатин.
Тем не менее за девять месяцев 2009 г., по данным Росстрахнадзора, страховой рынок без учета обязательного медицинского страхования (ОМС) упал на 10%, до 391,4 млрд руб. собранных премий, а если вычесть сборы по ОСАГО, падение составило 12,2%. Руководитель Федеральной службы страхового надзора Александр Коваль в ноябре высказывал опасение, что рынок движется к кризису неплатежей. Нынешний год, по его оценке, будет для рынка еще более сложным. В конце декабря гендиректор РОСНО Ханнес Чопра прогнозировал, что в 2010 г. страховая премия снизится еще на 5–10% и рынок увидит «реальные результаты сокращения числа игроков и проблемы, которые вскроются».
Коэффициент убыточности будет расти до 80–85% в каско, 60–70% в ОСАГО и 80–90% в ДМС и через 4–5 лет ожидается снижение количества страховых компаний до 300–400 (сейчас в реестре страховщиков более 720 компаний. – «Ведомости»), говорит председатель совета директоров Страхового дома «ВСК» Сергей Цикалюк.
Количество компаний сокращается объективно с 2004 г. – это связано не только с убытками, хотя это и основная причина, но и с рядом других факторов, возражает Соломатин. Однако и он признает, что страховщики в отличие от банков почувствовали кризис лишь в конце 2009 г. и поэтому многие компании ушли с рынка. Этот год будет достаточно тяжелым для отрасли, но говорить о снижении рынка до объемов 2005 г. на основании одного опроса пока рано, считает Скворцов.

Weight Loss Fundamentals
After a recent visit to a few different weight loss forums I have become concerned. Is there a new trend in people moving away from weight loss fundamentals? In some of the forums I visited people posted all kinds of different links to websites that had exercise videos. They posted comments like "The videos really show you how to do the different exercises!". So what's wrong with this picture?
1. Imagine how much time it takes to surf the web and find a quality fitness website. Now multiply that time by the number of people posting on weight loss forums. All this time was spent siting in front of a computer inactive. If they used that same amount of time to briskly walk, chances are they would have lost weight. Don't get me wrong, these are very intelligent people, but they're getting away from the fundamentals.
2. I have personally lost a lot of weight. Losing weight is hard, but it's not complicated. There are a million simplistic exercises that don't require a video to show you how to do them. If you learn from a video there is no one to point out your mistakes and you may injure yourself!
3. Most web surfer's computers are not located in a gym or matted areas. I'm at my computer right now. If I attempted a cartwheel my legs would hit the wall and my head would hit the TV. The only exercise I would get would be working out my mouth by drinking my food through a tube in the hospital. Exercise videos on computers don't seem very practical to me.
4. Lastly, never once did I see any post that tracked exercise progress or the number of calories obtained from meals. For example, I would have liked to see the following post; "Today I added up the total number of calories I consumed. In my workout today I will burn more calories than I consumed. I exercise using an activity that I love. Every week I increase the activity's duration, frequency, or intensity so I'm steadily progressing towards my weight loss goal."

Role of Blood Pressure Monitors
What is blood pressure?
Blood pressure (BP) is the force per unit area exerted on the blood vessel walls by the blood as it flows through them.
It is usually measured at the wrist as this helps track the pressure of blood in the brachial artery which is the major artery leading away from the heart in the upper right and left arms. The pressure can also be measured at the ankle.
The blood pressure measurement consists of a higher and a lower reading. These are known as the Systolic and Diastolic readings. This are usually measured in mmHg (mercury column height in mm). It is shown as a systolic/diastolic reading. As an example, 118/70 means 118mmHg Systolic and 70mmHG Diastolic.
These readings can be categorized as
1. 120/80 is 'Normal'.
2. 120-139 Systolic or 80-89 Diastolic is considered as 'Prehypertension'.
3. 140 or over Systolic or 90 or over Diastolic is considered as Elevated.
BP is checked by doctors usually by using an instrument called a sphygmomanometer. Blood pressure monitors are also available at various pharmacies for checking the pressure easily at home. These come with a digital display which makes it easy to read the values accurately.
The process for taking a reading is simple and involves the following steps.
1. Wrap the arm cuff or wrist cuff as the case may be, provided with the blood pressure monitor.
2. Pump the cuff with air through a hand bulb. This slowly squeezes the arm or wrist till it temporarily interrupts the flow of blood. The pressure gauge reaches its peak.
3. As the pressure starts to drop, mark the pressure where the pulse is first heard. This is the systolic reading.
4. As the pressure continues to drop, monitor the pulse till the last audible beat at take pressure reading. This is the diastolic reading.
For a greater reliability in the BP readings the following precautions are helpful.
1. Taking multiple readings and then the averaging these, will give to a more accurate final result.
2. Making sure there is a gap of atleast 2 minutes between readings.
3. Avoiding caffeinated beverages, smoking for atleast half an hour before the readings.
4. Being relaxed before taking the readings.
Most modern blood pressure monitors are quite accurate in taking blood pressure readings. This can be backed by a regular visit to your doctor every 2-3 months.
High blood pressure is a symptomless ailment and in a number of cases, the person is not even aware of this situation. It leads to a greater risk of future problems related to the cardiovascular system and a regular checkup is essential.

Using Garlic To Lower Your Blood Pressure - Does This Really Work?
Does garlic really lower blood pressure? Some say yes. In fact, there are studies showing blood pressure can be affected positively by adding garlic to the daily diet. Fresh is a key word because garlic loses some of its stuff when it is cooked. Also, there is some controversy as to whether or not garlic supplements are helpful, so using fresh garlic is a better bet.
Garlic can be minced for the simple reason it would probably be impossible to eat a whole clove of garlic. However, a finely chopped clove of garlic could be sprinkled on any dish. Over the course of three meals the clove of garlic would hardly be noticed.
As you might imagine, going against doctor's orders, eating the wrong things, covering all your foods with salt and going on a drinking binge will render any hypertension treatment ineffective. However, if you are following a plan conducive to lowering your blood pressure, adding a clove of garlic a day can be just what you need to get your reading back to perfection.
