Those ugly love handles. Even though we call them that, we probably can't think of someone who seriously takes pride in having those bulging, wavy midsection flabs. Crunches also help. All right, although spot reduction of your tummy bulges through exercises is not a promise, crunches do help in toning down your love handles. But remember to tandem crunches with cardiovascular workouts and a good diet.
